Brigham Lakes Homeowners Association current yearly assessments is $529.00 per year per lot. Current yearly HOA dues are $529 due April 1st with a 15% late fee assess after 1st May..

The Annual Assessment levied by the Association shall be user exclusively for promoting the health, safety and welfare of the residents  of the Properties and for the improvement and maintenance of the Common Area in particular for:

(a)The maintenance and repair of any sign or  signs located at any entrance to the Properties {Entrances}

(b)The operation maintenance of the payment of all utility bills for street lighting on all roads within the Properties and lighting at the Entrances;

(c) Landscaping including but not limited to grass cutting at the entrances and on all roads, easements and Common Areas including sidewalks and bike trails on the Properties

(d) The Operation, repair and maintenance of an irrigation system at the entrance or in any common areas and the payment of all utility bills for operations of such irrigation system

(e)  The payment of all taxes nature due by the Association

(f)  The payment of premiums for any general liability insurance directors liability insurance or other insurance obtained by the Association

(g)  The payment of all operating expenses of the Association, including but not limited to : postage expense, office supplies, accounting fees, legal fees, office staff, management agreements with third party contractors, office equipment and rent;
