Brigham Lakes Homeowners Association is a private homeowners' association and planned community that has been in existence since its incorporation with the Secretary of the State of Georgia and Superior Court of Bryan County on March 15, 2005. The master planned community was developed by Tivoli Properties, LLC, but is now a separate entity from the Developer and is owned and governed by its homeowners.
