Brigham Lakes Homeowners Association is a private homeowners' association and planned community that has been in existence since its incorporation with the Secretary of the State of Georgia and Superior Court of Bryan County on March 15, 2005. The master planned community was developed by Tivoli Properties, LLC, but is now a separate entity from the Developer and is owned and governed by its homeowners.


Pool Hours:
May 5th – September 30th Monday- Sunday 8:00a.m. To 9:00p.m.


1.  All members must bring the pool key in order to access gate and bathrooms.
2.  All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Brigham Lakes will not be responsible for any
     accident or injury that occurs.
3.  The cost of any property damage will be charged to the responsible member.
4.  Parents are responsible for the conduct of children using the facilities.
5.  All children under the age of thirteen (13) years must be under direct supervision of an adult, 16
     years or older, at all times –regardless of swimming ability.
6.  Each family is allowed 4 guests to accompany them at the pool.
7.  Chewing gum is not permitted in pool area.
8.  No running, pushing or causing undue disturbances in or around the pool area.
9.  No pets are permitted in pool area.
10. No one should swim that has diarrhea vomiting, skin abrasions, inflamed eyes, infections or
     other type of communicable diseases.
11. The pool area must be cleared during the first sound of thunder. If the sky is clearing and the
     sound of thunder has not been heard for 15 minutes, usage of the pool may resume.
12. No glass or breakable items are permitted near the pool area. Please deposit litter in Trash
     Cans.
13. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
14. Food and drink must be consumed away from the pool edge.
15. Failure to abide by these rules may result in a warning, suspension or expulsion from the pool
      without a refund of fees.
16. Pool must reserved at least three weeks in advance for parties, to book a pool date contact the HOA via the contact form. The Pool and Gazebo area can be closed 3hours for private parties upon the
      member’s request. We will either have a Web site to post closing hours, or we will pass out
      bulletins. Any damage from private parties must be paid by member who reserved the party. The
      pool can not be closed for private parties on Holidays (4th July and Labor Day).
17. Brigham Lakes Pool will not be responsible for lost items or damage to any personal property
      left at Pool.
